At AGA Properties Ltd, we strive to deliver high-quality digital services, including mobile app development, consulting, and property management tools. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities concerning cancellations, returns, and refunds.
1. General Terms
Due to the digital nature of our services and the custom development work involved, refunds are generally not provided once a project has commenced or a service has been delivered in part or in full.
However, we recognize that exceptional circumstances may occur and offer partial or full refunds under specific conditions outlined below.
2. Custom App Development & Consulting Services
Because these services are tailored to client specifications, refunds are available only in the following cases:
- Before Project Start:
If you cancel within 3 business days of payment and before any work has started, a 100% refund will be issued. - After Kickoff but Before Milestone Delivery:
A partial refund may be granted (up to 50%) based on time and resources already spent. - After Milestone or Final Delivery:
No refunds will be issued, unless we have failed to meet clearly defined contractual obligations or delivery standards, in which case resolution will be negotiated case-by-case.
3. Digital Subscriptions / SaaS Tools (e.g. access to mobile property platforms)
If you subscribe to our property management app or dashboard:
- Free Trial Period:
You may cancel during the trial period and incur no charges. - Monthly Plans:
You may cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds are issued. - Annual Plans:
Refunds are available within 14 days of first payment only, if no excessive usage has occurred.
4. Technical Errors or Duplicate Payments
If you were billed in error, or experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of the paid service, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will:
- Investigate the issue
- Offer a fix, replacement, or full refund (depending on severity and impact)
5. How to Request a Refund
